Well it's good to see Sergio hasn't lost his faith in Fiat's chances I certainly hope things won't become quite so bleak as to decimate the vast majority of the car industry. Somehow I feel things won't ever quite get that bad (or so I hope at least).

I though it was a refreshing bout of realism about the fate of the industry compared to say the head of GM.

Sadly it's a byproduct of the fact that the view that more at lower cost and replaced more often is best in our modern consumerist world.
