Hong Kong - looking for specific restaurant in Kowloon

Can anybody help me recall the name of the restaurant where my wife and I watched the harbour light show in Kowloon please?
It was at the top of a tower block. I'd guess the 8th floor. I believe there was a nightclub on the top floor above the restaurant and there were probably offices below.
The meal cost about £100 in total and the food was modern Cantonese, I think. The restaurant was dimly-lit and stylish. The whole place faced the harbour with picture windows.
Looking at Google Maps I'd guess the place was somewhere like the Hankow Centre but perhaps a bit further north towards Kowloon Park. We were staying at The Peninsula and it wasn't far from there.
It's a long shot but maybe someone can help. Thanks for any tips.
