First I don't have to say how much I love 'vettes and I am assuming we're taking about the thing with 10 bodykits all fitted at once?

Second that "supposed vette" on Ebay doesn't is not worthy of achieveing the smallest fraction of the smallest currency denomination from the poorest country in the Universe.

I'm saying, it's spurious, not genuine, and it's worth precisely feck-all...

Seriously, it would be a compliment of the highest holy order to even call that thing a monstrosity. I think you'll find most vette owners would rather be liquidised and put in a bottle then put on a bus, than drive that thing.

However if you like it and it's such a bargain, why not just wheel over there and lay down the cold hard cash for such a beauty?

There is always one! i have just looked up the info about this car seems that this "one" kit (not lots of kits) started it all for john greenwood who brought corvettes to the spotlight in spirit of lemans 1976. top car!!!!

Ah yes a "replica" of a car that I believe was never offically made, weren't there only a couple of real ones made by US dealers to gauge interest? ( I could of course be wrong about this)

Still better than that Audi though, hurl

The car in the eBay advert already belongs to the OP of this thread, judging by the advertiser's ID. He's put photos of the car on the CCCUK website before.

The listing has been pulled now though. Shame: it was going to be interesting to see whether it would sell for the £18k + that the advertiser was asking.

smile

Edit: found the listing http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&am...

These cars are great at car shows with a beer tent - you have somewhere to put your beer whilst falling over!
