Last time I checked the only '09 Corvettes in Europe were the new Performance Editions which are all Cyber Grey with bi-modal exhausts, so I wouldn't be expecting to see many replies to this thread.

I remember being told when the '08 came out that the bi-modal exhaust had not been homologated for Europe.
Was the true reason that Kroymans had forgot to include it in the available specifications? (In much the came way they decided to specify '06 CTS Sports with tyre pressure monitors rather than Navigation!)

I would doubt that it requires homologation James. I wouldn't imagine that it would affect emissions. It's more likely that they'd already ordered their cars for most of '08 anyhow. The wheels on Escalades are however a homologation problem, as Kroymans forgot to homologate the 22 Inch wheels from day one.
