Chrome orange

I've seen a couple of Chrome Orange S1's, but very few relative to all the silver and azures. Was it a special order finish, or just not a fashionable colour at that time ? I really like it.

It was a Lifestyle paint option. That and 10 years ago silver was the 'In' Colour

This may not be respective of all Chrome Orange S1 Elises, but the last one I noticed (At a SELOC meet) attracted fingerprints like nothing else!
