As previously stated, most companies/brokers ect.. charge for adjustments. This must be clearly stated in the terms of business supplied at inception. Some companies apply a loading if value has increased or you may have lost an age of vehicle discount. I wouldn't consider cancelling if its just £20 though. They'll cancel short period + chancellation charge and/or commission claw back and you will lose a yrs ncb you would have acquired.
