Not what you may have thought, this is a long one so not really a work thing to watch.
I am sure some of you will have seen this before, some won't care
But I find it an amazing if a little old experiment.

Now if we can look past the fact its from 1968 and some of the participants look a little, err, dueling banjos its amazing how quickly people discriminate against others.

Looks like the old Brown Eyes/Blue Eyes experiment;
Split the school group based on eye colour, tell them one eye colour has been shown to be 'the best' then and make one eye colour wear a collar signifying their inferiority. Treat the superior ones favourably and give them some control over the inferior ones (first in the dinner queue, not allowed to do X unless the other group say so). Mid way, change the roles and explain that it was wrongly reported and the other group are in fact the superior. Watch them take revenge.
Used to highlight how sily discrimination is, but how profound the effect is when you arbitralily label some as inferior and exercise power.
She got the sack for doing it but it was later seen as inspired. I think they still do it on a smaller, safer scale.
