COD5 XBox 360 - Unlocked Levels vanished

Right started COD5 up last night for a bit of zombie action and was all the completed levels have vanished and I'm left with just Semper Fi!!!!
If I "Resume Campaign" it puts be back into the Reichstag building so it recognises I've completed most of the levels but I've completed them all!
I've checked the Achievements and it's showing the "Hardened War Hero" as achieved!
Does anyone know how to solve this or am I going to have to redo the Reichstag level and hope it frees up the other levels and Zombie mode!
If its a case of redoing the whole thing it's getting traded in!
Give me back my Zombies!
OH apologies to Slowride last night I went to join the party and then realised my Gold had expired! I'm going to buy it again today so if you guys are playing tonight I'd be up for some killing.
