Dash veneering
Discussion
Hi Peter
I had my Wedge dash done last April by Chapman and Clift (in Knutsford I think)
and would highly recommend them for their quality of work
although their quoted 3-4 week turnaround became 7-8 weeks
http://www.chapmanandcliff.co.uk/frames.htm
Have just sent another Wedge owner to them and again looking like 7 -8 weeks
which I suppose should be expected as this is obviously their busiest time
while owners have their cars off the road for winter
The only other companies I have heard recommended are London Carriage Craft
http://lcc.coolcanfan.com/
and Nicholas Martin in Spalding area
http://www.nicholas-martin.co.uk/contactus.htm
I tried all 3 for a quote and settled on C&C
I will find some pics of my dash to post, or give me a call if you want to have a look
Cheers
Richard

As you can see I have had an extra centre piece made to cover the cr*ppy plastic ashtray
but still need to finish it off and stop the cream leather showing at the left
It was also a very tight fit and on 1st fit I couldn't get 2nd or 4th gears
So you know - it cost me £261 total from Chapman & Clift
Hope this helps
