My Christopher Ward C7SKS arrived this morning woohoo But it's too big so I can't wear it at the moment frown Both the shops I tried this morning wanted £10 for the privilege redface Is there a way I can do this at home? If so, using what?

Any help greatly appreciated! Thanks, Arry

Take the £10 hit, but watch them doing it so's there's no damage.... Well known jeweller in Aberdeen, not a million miles from Union bridge, butchered an Omega bracelet of mine on a brand new £1650 watch then denied all responsibilty. Was done in a back room and I couldn't see what was happening - though I heard the banging.

agreed pay the tenner, I bought the missus a raymond weil watch recently and when i tried to make the adjustment with decent jewellers screwdrivers i botched it and had to dump the bracelet in the end, expensive bit of DIY...

You're asking busy retail stores to adjust your watch (not bought from them). £10 is fair assuming they have the tools and knowledge to do something you can't.
