Anyone running Goodyear F1s for winter/wet trackdays?

Thinking about a set of these for winter road use and for wet trackdays. I plan to retain the Yoko A048s currently on the car for use in summer and on dry trackdays.

Sorry if this is a silly question but do I need to do anything to the setup of the car to accommodate the different tyres? E.g. I don't fancy having to get the geo done every time I swap the wheels over.
