E39 wiper problem

Hi, had my wipers fail on the M4 last night in th rain...

Its looks like the mechanism has failed in a way where they are now independant and dont move together, as they got dangled up when they stopped.

I was wondering whether anyone could direct me to info on the wiper assembly for this car.

Tried www.realoem.com for a diagram? If not, I suggest having a look so you can tell if the bit's available separately.

Sounds like the linkage has siezed, easy fix if the spindle hasn't sheared.
