Cerbera Road Test

Was looking to show someone the topgear road test of the Cerbera only to find it has been removed from everywhere I look due to BBC copyright . Pity.

any one no why what i think is the heater controls are in the wrong place on the car? were any made like this? seems like a better spot for them to me.
