Not true, the Chevrolet Captiva is either 4x4 or FRONT wheel drive so it could happen...

The other day I saw a tow truck pull into a petrol station, driver got out, turned on the engine of the MR2 on the back and then drove off with it idling on the back of the transporter!

Possibly, but they drove into the petrol station in the first place. Odd seeing the truck drive off with the MR2 on the back exhausts condensing away
