defender 90 and virgin owner... advice needed please

hi all,

been looking to get a defender for a while now but never seem to have taken the plunge.

I have now found a vehicle on line that seems to tick all my boxes but wanted a second opinion. It's a long way from my home and i've no experience in defenders so any help or advice would be great.

would someone with experience be able to look at the advert and see if anything appears "wrong".. I know you cannot tell much from a simple advert.
