Does anyone know if the steering column can be adjusted laterally on a PAS 350i? If so which bolts are responsible?

Thanx Guys

There's a big black knob between your legs which fits nicely into the palm of your hand. This allows a nice sliding up and down motion.

Few I think I managed to avoid any double entendre there FNARRR.

No - adjustment is up / down, in and out.

If it's adjustable up / down, then its has a UJ on the column so you should be able to unbolt it and re-drill the holes and re-mount.

We had to do this on the racer when with fitted a Corsa Electric PAS column.

Thanx for the info guys. I replaced the bulk head bush a while back and since refitting the dash following its re-trim the gap for the steering column has moved sideways by a couple of cms hence the question. If the weather is ok at the w/e I'll drop the column again and see if I can move the mount over slightly.
