Secret santa present for a copper??

I have drawn the bloke i know least about on our shift for the Secret Santa. He's ex Army welfare officer, served around the world, before becoming a copper. I genuinely have no idea of what to buy him.

££ limit is £10, and i would like it to be amusing, yet relevant. Only thought so far was a book of war stories, but I cant find any, as he often tells us tales from when he was in the Army, or a survival tin.

Suggestions welcome, the more amusing the better, but must be able to order today.

The survival kit idea sounds like a good plan! Or how about looking on www.firebox.com and the likes and get him one of these swiss army credit card thingys; I keep mine in my wallet and its come in handy a few times...
