Do you want an H-gate gearbox as well as sequential/paddles?
If yes, then G25.

If not, then G25.

I would say it depends on the game, as mine works with GT5 Prologue and Midnight Club: LA, but can't imagine it works with absolutely everything. It's just a case of plugging in and you're away, so no actual setup as such is required.

I would guess Dirt probably would be ok but don't hold me to it as I havn't tried it.
