Top day by Javelin on 13th December
Discussion
I've done many track days but particularly wanted to say how good the Javelin day at Woodbridge on December 13th was. It was freezing cold, raining all day, nowhere to shelter and we had to use a shortened track due to oil on the runway. However...despite all this the organisers kept the atmosphere positive and relaxed all day, the driving was courteous and safe and we even had fun with an autocross-style layout on a neighbouring runway. With the circuit very slippery it was easy to find the limits and we all spent the day sliding around in relative safety. The organisers even let me take my 911 onto the circuit for the last hour for a tenner - great value, thanks guys!
All-in a top day in conditions that could have made it horrible.

I tell you what, it was well worth it! The M3 is in for a roll-cage at the moment so I was sharing a friend's track car. But by the end of the day I thought sod it, let's get the 911 out there. I loved every minute of it, the car really came alive. Even the 915 box was a joy to use at high speed and the car was so easy to drift. I guess that it wouldn't have been as much fun in one of those modern 964 things
