E60 M5 Facelift changes?

Hi,

In the new year I am looking to purchase an M5, the current E60 shape.

I believe there's a facelifted version between the 56 and 07 plate, but the only info I can find is that the rear light clusters are now LED.

What other changes are there and is it worth spending the extra on a slightly newer car with these changes?

Interior is slightly different -- the window switches are in a slightly different place and there is no 'handle' on the driver's side.

Edit: this actually applies to a 520d Sport, but presumably they changed the door cards in the whole range.
