Went to use the hot/cold selector and it is stuck on hot, it moves a bit if you push it hard but it doesnt make any difference to the temperature. The direction selector also feels a bit stuborn..
That happened to me the when I picked up my brand new car from MV after I had driven 100 miles away - it was a hot day too - I can tell you I was not very impressed! still they did fix it fairly quickly when I got back to them.....
