I was reading the other day that people were predicting 1:1 this week, when are the fed due to cut rates?
I need to change up some money for sunday at the latest, should i do it tomorrow? The rates actually i little better this evening than it was this morning.

They cut more than anticipated just over 1 1/2 hours ago, consequence is weaker $,, current rate = £/$ 1.56 (approx), don't expect it to go too far, doubt it will approach 1.60 in the next day or so, which means the best you may see at travel exchange is 1.54/5.

Feds just cut the interest rate to 0 - 0.25%

How much money are you changing? If it is for a holiday then he amount you change
would have to be significant to cause any major worries

It was either a tongue in cheek post or a mis informed person but someone on here definately said 1:1 £ to $
I also thought that seemed unlikely.
