Andy does Audi diesels as well does he?

Can he get genuine Audi parts?

I thought they only let authorised dealers use their parts.

Not sure, i would have thought anyone could buy parts although i imagine he may not have an account there if he doesnt service them often. I usually take all the parts i need there myself. So i get what i want fitted and Andy doesn't have to worry about ordering them in, i just ask about the work i want doing then give him a call when i've got the bits i need, just got an oil filter from Toyota and waiting for some oil to arrive, hopefully early tomorrow.

I wouldn't have thought it would be that hard to change the oil etc. I think there is still a VW specialist (possibly Audi) just near Andy and next to Tasker and Lacey. You may as well just ring Andy and ask if he can do what your after or not that will give you the quickest answer. If not he may know someone who could help you. Is it a fairly new Audi?

Car's 7 years old so not technically difficult to work on if he's got access to the Vagcom or Audi workshop software.

I spoke to Andy while he was changing my oil today and he has the vagcom stuff so that's not a problem.

IVC seem to know what they are doing

I've used IVC before and they're very good but still quite expensive for what they actually do.

What about Audi Care in Pudsey? I haven't used them personally but I have used both B&M Care and Merc Care (which I think are part of the same family). Can't rate both of them highly enough; they've done great work on three of our cars now and saved me plenty of cash (esp. Merc Care who saved us a new auto box on my wifes car!).

They're handy for Pudsey train station if you need to get into Leeds for work, although I think they do courtesy cars too.

I'll 2nd the BMcare, Merccare used them both and they now do Audi as well.
