The f**ktards who insist on walking along the roadside in the dark wearing dark clothes! I mean come on, yes sometimes people have to walk along the roads where no path is present but for f*** sake use your brains and wear something flourescent or carry a torch, anything to help us motorists notice you before we are less than 10ft from running you over!!

I saw a guy pushing a dark coloured scooter with no lights on the wrong way down a dual carriageway the other morning on my way to work in the dark. I wonder if he made it?!

Round where I live people seem to always walk on the road even when there is a path, then they look at you like you've just pissed on their kids if you make them get out of the way.

I actually saw a sensible pedestrian the other night- walking down an unlit country road, no pavement swinging a torch back and forth to alert other road users, very well done that man

Had a similar situation a short while back, going down a twisty, country NSL mid-afternoon (therefore relatively poor light conditions this time of year), came round a blind corner (and I was being very gentle due to potential ice and I always expect a broken-down car to be on the other side by default) and there was a jogger running towards me, middle of my lane, light clothing but no hi-viz or lights - and wearing an Ipod! He couldn't hear me, didn't care, I had to stop and he just ran past me without a care in the world! What are some people thinking? Was he practising for the Darwin award?

And on the road between Frimley and Frimley Green there is a nice wide cycle lane separated from the road by a grass verge and do you think the cyclists use it?

No they fking don't and the road is quite narrow in places too! Sorry, a bit off topic but boils my piss!

Sorry cod man, I'm a cyclist that regularly cycles down that road avoiding using the cyclepath, I'd rather use the road because of the speed I generally cycle at (DfT recommend using the road rather than cycle paths at >15kph). Also the road is safer because visibilty is far better, there are fewer junctions and the surface is easier on my bike. Oh yeah, and I'd rather dodge traffic than peds.

Come to think of it, that road is only about half a mile long they can't hold you up for that long can they?! It probably takes me about one and half mins to get from SC Johnsons to Frimley Green...

Oh well, at least you know it isn't malicious in the case of this cyclist!
