89-00 SL advice

Morning All ....for reasons only known to himself my brother has a hankering for a 90s SL (hes also started wearing his suit sleaves rolled up and is considering a bubble perm!!! :-) ) ...I have said I will help him look for one .......but havent a foggiest about em! ....could some of you lovely poeple enlighten me as to what to look for (which is tyhe best model, any known problems etc etc ) not sure of his budget ...but would imagine less than 10k

There have been a million similar threads on here over the last 6months, I am sure you will be able to find them. They are great cars.

Yeah loads around.... no excuse for not getting a pampered garaged example because there are loads about (the owners they attract!!).
