Another phone thread - Too good to be true

I've been looking for a new phone contract deals for the new HTC Touch HD and the usual places such as CPWH, Phones4U come up with...to be fair; crap deals.
Now I've discovered the phone company Mobile Phones Direct and they have the exact deal that i want.
Low monthly change of £40 per month with Vodafone (£35 would have been nice, but I’m not too fussed), unlimited landline calls every month, unlimited mobile web/internet usage every month, 700 mins of anytime calls, 250 text (i don't text much anyway), 3 months of free insurance and the best bit a free HTC Touch HD; all the other places want to charge anything from £40 to £320, plus they want close to £60pm for the contract!
Now I’ve always played the rule, if it's too good to be true, then there is a catch. But I’ve just phoned them up and they say that it can be delivered by Saturday if i order it now.
So has anyone used them in the past and can recommend them? Or is it a place to stay away from?

That's the link. 18mth contract, not too sure what the T&C of the Insurance is though.
