53 reg RR Vogue - Trim Change?

Guys,

My other half in her infinte wisdom has requested that i change the current wood trim in our vogue to a Piano Black.

Ok i said!!!!!

To cut to the chase HOW MUCH!!!!

So i have sourced a decent spray shop who will do it for next to nothing!

The problem is i know have to remove all said parts for them, anyone have any idea how this is done?
Any pitfalls to watch out for?

I've no idea how to remove all the bits I'm afraid but are you sure you want painted interior trim? It might look smart to start with but surely it will soon get chipped then look rubbish? (Even with a thick lacquer I would think).
