Sagaris jacking...

Hi Guys,

Could owners recommend a jack that will fit under the car?

Only need to raise a wheel at a time to get rid of some brake squeal so nothing heavy duty required.

Two garages have both said they can't jack it up (run of the mill mot places) so I'll just do it myself.

Also, where are the jacking points?

I use a Halford jack, just means rolling the car onto a bit of wood to raise it a few inches (or remove the wheels on the jack first..)

Only changed the battery but I jacked just behind the battery box where Graham recommended..

Machinemart do a nice alloy "racing jack" it fits under a sag no problem. About 90 GBP last time I looked.

So we have one jacking point behind the battery area.

Hi Nish a got a clarke 1.25T low entry Jack off flee bay does the job quite nicely. Cost about £65 inc P&P. They do a 1.5T verson that is a little more expensive
