Shooting Game for PS3

Now I have (with Dobbos help) my PS3 set up its now time to kill somethings!!! I am looking for the best shooter game for my PS3. Basically I am not really into solving puzzles etc, just plain and simple shooting people (especially after a hard day at work!) and I would also love to get a gun to use with it.

Any suggestions?

Time crisis comes with a gun IIRC. Not sure if its any good though.

IMO all games with guns are crap compared with COD4 or 5. Personally I prefer COD4, had COD5 but traded it after a week.
