It really frustrates me when Brown speaks out about high oil prices....as it is he who has the power to do something about it.

Does Brown think we're so stupid? We know the price per barrel was below $40 so you can't blame oil prices. Actually, a lot of the country is so stupid as Brown seems to be gaining popularity.
