Suspension turret bolt loose x-type

Hi just changing a bulb on my x-type and thought I would give the engine bay a once over (making sure no loose bolts etc) I noticed that the central bolts on both suspension turrets were loose. When I turned them it sounded like the car was moving up and down.

Does the x-type have adjustable suspension then? or do I have a problem.

Do you mean the nuts? Or bolts? Do you mean on the top of the strut ? A pic might explain better..
