Stalling problem sorted

Following on from my 'some questions for you' post, I have now solved my problem of the car stalling under braking.

Peter Knight has completely solved the problem, it is like having a new car as it goes and stops like it should do. I just can't get it to stall under any braking condition (with AP brakes).

If anyone has any similar problems, then go pay him a visit as you won't regret it.

Not sure to be honest, I had a go at tuning the carb but obviously don't have the same touch as Peter!

I think he was playing around with the carb float levels and idle. I had tried raising the rear float level but this did nothing for it. Both are now low.

It hardly cost me anything so if you are local it is worth a visit, or if not then give him a call.
