Extension shafts for amp knobs

I am in the middle of building a valve amp and need some shafts with connectors and bushes to allow me to put the knob further from the chassis.
I have found about 2 and can't think what to search for.
Any ideas?

Can you not just buy some new potentiometers with longer shafts?

Amp Doctor has a lot of bits, so may have what you are after. Failing that, do you have links to the 2 places you found some already?

Post up pics of your build, always good to see a new one (I don't have the balls to mess with such high voltage things!)
