Quick ebay question

Apologies for this but ...

First time I've sold on ebay for time and not sure what this means

Item has sold and has been paid for, paypal have sent a message saying "payment is withheld until positive feedback is received"

Is this normal ??

Buyer has great feedback so not too worried

Yup, they randomly do that (ie not every auction).

Bloody scam, if you ask me, using your money to earn interest.
