That's me unfortunately frown

Cracking car, really superb and it's been my pride and joy exactly like the Elise was, but unfortunately I just don't drive it enough. For example, last time I drove it (other than to take for a service) was September.

Will be taking it out over Christmas, of course (!), but after 4 years of Lotus ownership I'm going to have just one car for a year or so (so the focus is going too).

Fear not, I can totally see me being back in a Lotus again - they are such good cars and suit me perfectly!

I travel a lot with work, and have quite a few other hobbies also, all that added together means I have to be (arghhhhhhhh I'm going to say it!!!); sensible.

I'll still be here in spirit though, keeping my eye on the classifieds oh yes biggrin

Any chance you could hollow it out a fair bit so I can fit in Tony?

Absolutely love that car, would have it in a heartbeat if I wasn't such a cumbersome oaf.

You'd be surprised who can fit in there biggrin

My 17stone 6'4 bro can drive it no probs at all. He's not quite mastered getting in or out yet ( hehe ), but once in he's absolutley fine yes

If you're interested, you're welcome to come and have a try to see if you're frame fits comfortably.

I'm around the same height and a bit more of a bloater mate, with a knackered back too. I've wanted one since they were released, alas now I can finally afford one I'm too broken and lummox-like to have one cry

Beautiful car though mate, easily my favourite Lotus on PH cloud9

I'm sure you'll have little trouble finding a buyer even in these wallet tightening times. smile

Absolute rubbish Stu _ you'd fit in mine, unless you've changed dramatically since we went to the pub last time I saw you?

No dramatic changes Charles, aside of being even more devilishly handsome and dashing and slightly less tubby hehe

I found getting in and out a real challenge, and the one I've had a blat of I couldn't really do more than 45 minutes comfortably in before needing to stretch my legs. One too many broken bones coming back to haunt me unfortunately mate, it was one of the contributing factors of my getting rid of the Skyline, and not getting a Mclaren F1 which of course I would have done otherwise. hehe

If you fancy one of those seloc weekend blats when I'm doing the next one you could always bag a ride in my lumpy 160. It's "less polished" in about every sense of the phrase so might not be such a good idea, it might put you off Lotuses smile

Very kind of you - thanks Steve thumbup

Incidentally, I'll probably (weather depending) be going to the meeting here on Sat 27th if you fancy it?

I can't do that one as I've got a family party I've apparently got to be present at. Added to which I'm going on a seloc run (Kent Krimbo) down to Sandwich the following day - can't have too much fun, that's positively against the rules frown
