Photoshop Challenge

I need a bit of help for a friend who would like to create a gift voucher for his wife this Xmas, entitling her to a shopping spree in London. Unfortunately my Photoshop skills are pretty limited, but I know there are a few of you out there that can do this sort of stuff with your eyes closed!

We thought we could use this as a base:



Could someone change the '£20' to say '£200', change 'Bank of England' to 'Bank of Tuffin' and remove the 'twenty pounds'? I'll then add in the photo of him over the Queen's head ...

If anyone can help, it would be much appreciated and I'll owe you a beer! Or will I end up being tried for treason?

Obviously it won't be used in a shop ... Just as a gift, which will probably be stored away for memories ... or something! Not a good idea?
