I might be buying a new car to replace my 52 reg CLK 230K Convertible.
I MIGHT buy the car without trading (I think it likely that the deal will exclude a trade in). So before I buy the car I want to ensure I wont be stuck with the CLK and unable to sell it. Anyone sold a car recently etc?
thanks

You could send it to auction with no reserve and it would sell.

Having recently bought and sold 3 cars, my advice is to be VERY careful and be prepared to make your Merc one of the cheapest private sales in the UK, then and only then will the phone ring. (That assumes your car is easily saleable i.e. good colour, good history and decent miles).

Its tough out there just now.
