Is it a whining diff? Try an oil change with friction modifier? If in warranty it'll get replaced, mine was smile

typically our diffs whine at about 45-55 mph, but you only really hear in on decceleration. I can determine my speed pretty accurately by my whining diff!
And err, "higher revs in 4th or 5th" , that would be erm, lets get the calculator out, QUITE FAST?! so assume its "directly" related to your velocity rather than engine/gearbox revs???
