Watch Catalogues
Discussion
If you have a moment, and would like something very nice indeed to read, send off to Jaeger LeCoultre for their catalogue. It's a beautiful hard-backed volume, filled with luscious pictures - and not just of watches. There's also lots of fascinating reading about the various watches. It reinforced my desire, nay, requirement for a Master Compressor Diving GMT.
Don't show the haute joallerie section to the missus, though. You may end up in a Credit Crunch all of your own.
The Dornblueth catalogue is also very interesting, with lots of historical tidbits and a nice gimmick in that the watch pictures are actually on removable post cards.

I sent off for catalogues from just about every manufacturer you care to mention and started a series of posts reviewing each one but figured that maybe people weren't too interested. Some of them are incredible though - A.Lange & Sohne is probably the best, you'd happily pay money for it. Did you get a hand written postcard with your Dornbluth one as well?
