Last week I received an email from the guys in the Surrey Corvette club, One of there members passed away and they were going to follow the horse drawn carrage to Guildford crematorium, I was invited to attend. It was a fitting tribute. We assembled earlier today at the Burger King in Guildford retail park and once everyone was pressent we left in convoy to meet up with the carrage, there were about 9 Corvettes and me in the Viper bringing up the rear. Thr poor guy was only 47, his family came over and thanked us all. The drizzle then started and we all made our way home frown Sad this has to happen so near christmas.

47!eek sorry to hear that Mark, glad you were able to give him a nice send off.Having my bodily ashes scattered from a Viper whilst doing a blast down the LE MANS start finish straight(GTS/R if possible) and around the chicken house is where I fancy ending up......(that could mean I end up being eaten by my own chickens!Talk about turning the tables!eek

(My ashes would be scattered by hand around the chicken house...not from a GTS/R ...coulod be a nasty mess other wise)
