Those crazy Finns, I really do mean 'bear' and not 'beer'. As part of my plan B for next year I've just spent another 2 weeks in Finland, and now have a tin of bear. Basically, it's 250g of bear meat, a splash of water and assorted dodgy preservatives. Yum yum. Hopefully.

What can I do with it? I'm thinking stew....

I'm jiggered if I can work out the language yet, but the packagers are here. I especially like the 'Pathetic' range which are "Painful to have available to 210 g jars"

Not even Davidson has a bear meat suggestion, although he does say that french settlers in Mississippi prefered Bear Grease to butter. The Dirty bds smile
