I guess the problem might be differing definitions of "had sex", hence uncertainty over whether that fumble in the back of an Anglia in 1973 really counts.

That .9% was actually polled by Bill Clinton, maybe he's learnt his lesson and goes for the "don't know" option now days.

Personally I had to put an answer just to see the percentages, so how about replacing "don't know" with "not going to bloody answer but want to be nosey and see the results"
