Thinking of selling up, but would like some reference to getting bits for it like engine components for the 23cc Kawasaki or the wheel bearing it needs. Where would I start looking?

Bearings are esy, measure & either use a local specialist or BOCA bearings in the US. As for the engine are you sure it's a Kwacker not a Zenoah or CY. The Kwacker will be a generic stimmer engine so local garden machine tool specialist, loads of bits around for the others.
