American Junk Food Recommendations
Discussion
One of the lads from work is going over to the US tomorrow and wants a shopping list of junk food / Candy to bring back. Anything we dont get in this country...
What can PH recommend?
So far we have:
Twinkies
Tootsies
Chocolate Chip Pancake & Sausage on a stick
Runts
Reeses
Obviously we can get oreos over here now so they are off the list...

Surely you aren't serious? Hershey has to be the worst excuse for chocolate ever. They have these little chocolate cupcakes filled with peanut butter, that come in orange wrappers. They are utterly gopping. The peanut butter is still stuck to the roof of your mouth hours after you've sh@t the little b
d. ETA - ah, I see, they are called Reeses (as mentioned by the OP) and are made by Hershey. Figures.

I too think that all American confectionary is much inferior to ours - we went to Hershey Park when we were in USA as a "Treat" from our American hosts and had loads of chocolate forced upon us - truely awful stuff!
That's a bit like forcing continental Europeans to eat Cadbury's "chocolate", a nice punishment for anyone who has eaten real chocalate from Belgium, Switzerland, France, Germany. I even had fantastic chocolate when I was in Riga where there is a dedicated cafe for handmade quality chocolate.Forget the candy bars, you need to find yourself a Wendy's.
Last one I went to, the dude serving was rounder than he was tall, probably by a factor of 2. He'd never get his stubby arms into his pockets! Must have an "eat your mistakes" policy I thing.
Great burgers, miles better than anything from BK or MacDogburgers. A veritable feast of weapons grade proportions.
