With all these larger companies going under, does anyone else think there will be more smaller businesses doing quite well?

After all a smaller company with less overheads needs to make less money before they clear a profit.

Anyone else think once a lot of larger companies have gone under there will be more local businesses?

Unless you're a small business who has the larger businesses as customers, of course.

Anyway, we await the rise of Eric Mc PLC!

I think I was meaning more towards the local business rather than the larger chains.

I dont think it will matter what size business you run, survival will depend on the people who are working for that company.

In a recession you need good workers who provide a 110% service all the time...companies with this type of employee/ board/ owner will be the ones to survive!
