help needed asap

just had a blow out on the motorway luckily all was well and got to the hard shoulder!

only problem is i cant find my locking wheel nut key does anyone know if they are standard throughout all monaros or if each on is different?

anyone near kettering who could lend me one for an hour at any stage soon so i could get these off?

any time prior to sunday evening would be cool

i understand it is Christmas!!!!

all different, most vauxhalls come with the locking nut in a little plastic box with the removed standard bolts.

failing that is it in the tool kit?

Mine's in a little compartment the glove box, is yours?

Check in and around the glovebox for the code on a sticker - mine came with some little stickers, so if you lost it you could phone up with the code to get a replacement. I know its not gonna help you now....

Halfords sell a little tool which will remove locking wheel nuts if you can find the size to fit yours.

Worth a look if your stuck or you might have to weld on something to the nut to get it off frown

my brother paid about £70 for a removal kit a few months ago just wanted to save them if i could!

If you have a socket set try one and see if it fits the locking nut.You may have to hit if with a hammer to get it on. It's not nice but you are up the creek.

what about those universal sockets that mould to any socket shape gotta be worth a try
