GTA 4 Chats?

Hi all,

Sorry - I meant cheats in the title!

I've just purchased a PS3 with GTA4 and I'm looking to just have a laugh with a load of weapon cheats before I get stuck into the game. However all cheats talk of entering numbers into the mobile phone - but I can't access the mobile phone key pad - is this something that in unlocked later in the game?

On the 360 you have to push up again to get the keypad. Not sure about PS3

Hmm - I'm on a PS3 and up > up does nothing. I can only see half the phone!

up brings up the phones screen then up again brings up the keypad.
