Playstation 3 troubles...

Long shot but just wondering if anyone could answer the following:

I borrowed the in laws PS3 to try out the Blu Ray on my new tele... Looks great, gave it back and now it doesnt work AT ALL.. just a blue screen.

Tried swapping the leads and also tried on a different tv but no joy.

Any ideas?

Not sure how to resolve it, sufficed to say I've heard of it before and it's just because of the change of tv if I recall.

If you BiL is using normal scart cables you need to reset the PS3 display output.

To do this turn off the PS3 and turn it back on but hold your finger on the power button til it beeps twice.

This will reset the display output to SCART/RGB.
