What would be the power and torque gains, if any, if I swapped a larger displacement short engine into my 5 ltrs Griffith?

What's the largest short engine available and who's the builder?

Thanks and have a sweet weekend/G

Speak to Rob Robertson(V8racing on here), - he built a 5.5L for James Crockett (Top Sparks), and if memory serves me right that motor produced 372 HP and 430lb/ft of torque.

The best I had out of my 5.4 litre Rob Robertson engine was 381bhp and 399 lb/sqft of torque. My old engine pulled 253bhp (can't remember the torque) albeit that these readings were taken off 2 different rolling roads so that would/could make a difference (they were the same make of RR I believe but were in 2 different locations)

Spot on,Rob did get 399 bhp on his engine dyno!,bottom end was £3500,don't think he has made any more as the cranks cost too much money to have made.
