I'm having a problem updating my RA on the internet. Seems to upload info ok, but will not download updates. Gets stuck around 66%. Not had this problem before. Can anyone help?
Cheers.

I feel a bit better now. I have just tried to update my RA for the first time and it does the same as all yours. Thought it was me missing the obvious.

Thanks everyone. I'll give blackspots a ring on monday. There must be something wrong with their server.

On a slightly different tack, you'd think at the price Road Angel charge (which I don't mind BTW - good value IMO) you'd get a decent bit of velcro. That non-stick mat thing they throw in gives up at the first sign of a bend or even slightly enthusiastic acceleration, and the velco stcker shed all it's little hooks over the dashboard.

I've just replaced mine with a big bit of high strength proper velcro which will hopefully laster a bit longer.

I have just replaced that velcro too. Like you say just shed bits all over the dash before being totally useless.
Apart from that it is a good piece of kit.

If anyone's interested, below is a reply from an email sent to blackspots.

Dear Mr Woodward

I believe we had a problem with our update server over the weekend,
which may be the cause of the problem you've experienced. The server is
now fixed, so I would suggest that you try again to do your update. If
you have any further problems, please do not hesitate to contact us
again, either via email or by telephoning our Technical department on
01327 855586.

Kind regards,

Lauren

This happens regularly. Quite often my update fails, even when tried on 2 different PCs, only to work the next day...

With regards to the non-slip thig, I agree it's pants, solved mine slipping by sticking another non-stick pad to the dash and putting it on that - much better.
